Design
Inspiration
Designers receive trend forecasts that serve as an outline for the upcoming season and create inspirational thematic mood boards for each collection.
Sketching
Designers relentlessly sketch for each inspirational theme, initially creating over hundreds of designs that they then choose from for the collection.
Enlargement & Punching
Punchers coordinate with designers to understand the sketches and then translate raw creativity into technical designs.
Production
StitchING
Machinists survey the stitching on embroidery machines to minimize imperfections.
Inspection & Reparation
Inspectors look for any imperfection, a gap or a long thread, on both raw and finished products. Sewers stay true to the original design when repairing any defect on embroidered products.
PACKAGING
The quality control team checks the products on thread cutting and folding machines to ensure that the material has zero defects before it's shipped to our customers.
